I had a similar experience, hence I started a discussion here:
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10223940 It seems that the "random generator" is somehow not so random, and if multiple presents are opened in a short timeframe, there seems to be a higher chance to receive the same mini. My -unconfirmed- guess is that the random generator routine may be possibly using a seed that is related to the day/time and place where you activate it. I cannot say if I /sign or /notsign the request, but I'd like to know if there's something bugged in the whole thing.
